How I came into a relationship with Jesus Christ
Several women in my life demonstrated Christ to me when I was in my late 20’s, with a small business, young children and dissolving marriage. While I was seeking answers from new age and self-help authors, a book that one woman had given me spoke plainly of the gospel, the Savior, and my need for His forgiveness. I yielded fully in response—with no idea of the life transformation and enduring hope that awaited me.
How I came to Harvest
Drawn to expository preaching and familiar with Walk in the Word, I had heard of “that church that meets in a warehouse” and ultimately visited Harvest Crystal Lake. After three Sundays in a row, it was clear that Harvest was our home.
What I do at Harvest
I oversee the various web and social media spaces of Harvest ministries, Walk in the Word, and Pastor James, and develop new ones.
Why I do what I do...
God has given me a passion and increasing opportunities to further the reach of impactful ministries through digital media—and He’s grown and equipped me in every new step. It’s just a huge privilege to pour myself out for the glory of His name and the good of His church.
